Are you with the Grastapo (Grammar Stats Policei)?

(I only recently learned that "gestapo" is an acronym for "Geheimnis Stats Policei" (State's Secret Police).

Do we close the businesses of those who pluralize with an apostrophe? Or just make them wear a patch on their sleeve with a picture of a dead kitten?

(Okay, I'm debating whether that was in poor enoguh taste that I need to delete it. If it offends anyone please let me know and I'll change it.)

No need to choose between the two. We start by requiring them to wear the dead kitten patch, then we escalate to closing their businesses. Then we can force them all to move into over crowded ghettos with all the other people who use non-standard grammar.

I am becoming increasingly uncomfortable with my contribution to this thread. I feel that in a misguided attempt at humor I may have wandered onto ground which should not be so lightly trod.

I will leave my post for now, but reiterate that if anyone is offended by or uncomfortable with my post for any reason (particularly those members who may have relatives who suffered and/or died under the Nazi regime or in the death camps) I will quite readily and as speedily as possible delete it, apologize (I already feel an apology is in order) and request that any and all posts quoting my post be edited as well.
