Our Market Economy

The subtle issue for me, besides the woman's death and employer negligence, I believe, concerns the use of the third party labor contractors. I believe that the labor contractor's existence insulates Charles Shaw from moral liability. If the deceased were an employee of Charles Shaw, the same name that is on the label that people buy, the employer would have been more careful on her behalf.
