I have a bog. A portion of my backyard is on wetlands and includes an small spring. The ground in a 3-foot radius of that point is always squishy and feel like it's floating. The whole area back there is peat and anything you plant there just grows without any care.

Remember to respect your bog, for bog is gob spelled backwards.

I read the subject as, "I have a blog"

I suppose both describe putrid environs upon which nothing productive can grow.
