My friend Erin created a site with Sampasite. She told me about it and I made my own site. It is called Skyler's site. I have a blog and I also have a webcomic there. It is called Muddy Water. You should visit it sometime.

What I don't understand about the September 2 entry is, if a driver slams on the brakes, you're going to go flying forward. Not backward.

But your webcomics are wicked amazing. Particularly for a 10 year old. What happened to the August ones, though? There are descriptions, but no comics? Did you ever make a separate site for Muddy Water?

...unless the bus was driving in reverse...

Remotely well done.

EDIT: You can see the other comics under the "My Pictures" tab.

Or, I suppose, if you were standing up, you might fly forward into the corner of a seat, and bounce back to slam against the back door.

Thanks. Luna, where'd you find that picture of the door lock? I loved it!

Um....why wouldn't I be ten? Steven has already identified that I am his daughter. Jeebus.

Thank you! I'm not named after Luna Lovegood. I just like things that have to do with elements of the earth, and the day I named myself, I was fascinated with the moon. No idea why.

If you'd like to become a member of my site, I unfortunately need your e-mail address so that I can invite you. I can assure you all that I am not a spambot.

Did anyone release at least a snicker while reading my comics? A guffaw? A chuckle? A giggle?

Skyler--you should post the ones where I talk about food and health, like where I drop a brick on the person's head and say that the brick was a result of poor nutrition. They would definitely laugh. [Smile]

:: laugh :: Actually, it does (from me) even without seeing the comic.

Pretty much as soon as I read that comic I realized that I had probably taken the whole preaching about nutrition thing a bit far.

Last week she did one where I am talking junk to the monsters in Resident Evil 4 as I'm playing. I do tend to get worked up, particularly in that game, where enemies are always cutting off your head with a chainsaw. It's humiliating and emasculating to shoot a monster in the head 5 times and have it still keep running at you without slowing, and end up sawing off your head because you ran out of bullets. [Smile]

If anyone has ever read the story of the "Calvin's Dad" character in "Calvin and Hobbes", I think that's somewhat analogous. Bill Watterson basically says that the "Calvin's Dad" character is simply his own father, without any exaggeration.

He says things such as,
"I'm comin' for ya" or "Docta Mike is gawna mess ya'll up" or, my favorite, "I can schedule you an appointment at 5:00 fo' a BEAT DOWN!"
