So I added free wights to my diet. My goal is weight loss through by adding undigestable undead flesh. Questions:

Lighter wights and more zombies, or vice-versa?
Lift slowly, jerk suddenly, or just blow the head off with a shotgun?
How can I ensure I'm disposing of the undead roughly evenly?

I'm not sure about the exact questions that you posed, but I can't stress enough how important it is that it's thoroughly cooked. Incidents of food poisoning are occurring ever more frequently, and with wights you have to be especially careful, given their nature.

They taste best over a nice open BBQ, but you want them "alive" when you cook them, and not just lying there sleeping. So don't fire until you see the eyes of the wight.

Oh, and Wong Brothers Instant Undead use artificial corpses. When in doubt remember, two Wong's don't make a Wight

They get 50% concealment I believe.
