The eleventh circuit court has upheld Kent Hovind's conviction. Not surprising by any means, they certainly had him dead to rights, but it's good to see justice being done.

KoM, the poor man believed that dinosaurs and people lived together on the Earth. How ever did you expect him to figure out how to report his income to the government? He's obviously an innocent victim of his own brain.
