My webhost is currently a company called ImpactHosting. I've been with them for 7-8 years now, and I want to switch. Among other things, they have no phone support available. It's e-mail only.
What I'm looking for is:
Windows hosting The webmail supports personalities Reliable (99.9%) uptime Phone support SQL Server would be nice, but it isn't a dealbreaker.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

asmallorange is what I have always used. Always loved them. Not sure if they have all your requirements, specifically phone support. However, they email back within an hour usually. as they have 24/7 support staff.

I think I'm going for MochaHost. ASmallOrange? I'll take a look at them, first.

Hmm... I took a look. You might want to have a look at MochaHost. It's a lot less money for a lot more service, and from what I've heard around, they're reliable. I'll know for sure in a little while, though.

I took a look. At the level I'm working with, it would save me a few bucks a month. Asmallorange is a different kind of company.Has a much more personal feel.
