I believe the gender has already been determined, like chromosomally, but it's too early yet to identify it. Should be noted, though, that Mooseling is not a gender-specific term. We'd be all good with a Squirrelette (which is a gender-specific term).

I wonder how many people aren't even bothering to read this thread based on the topic.... There's no "views" column in ubb.

CopenhagenInterpretation: gender is both female and male until it is determined by observation.
