Like is there some sort of site where I pay 5-10$ and watch it by streaming video? My local theater isnt playing anything good.

As far as I know, the lower bounds for legit internet releases tends to be roughly the time as the DVDs come out.

Yes; theaters generally don't want anything interfering with theatrical releases.
