So, what ever happened to the hatrackchat AIM chatroom? I realize it has been a number of years since I regularly visited it and even longer since I trolled around here, but why did everyone leave the chatroom behind?

Does anyone know if it works to connect through Trillian? When I connect it's titled "hatrackchat" instead of "Hatrackchat" and I'm the only one in it so I don't know if it's the right room or not.

yes, it does work to connect through trillian. For months that is how I did it. This will be the last day I try to sit in the chat.

I met my (now-pregnant) wife in "hatrack chat" on AIM, so you can imagine that I have fond memories of it.
We used to be so much more of a community. I can't imagine anyone meeting their wife/husband on this site now.
