I couldn't find any mention of his hair color, so he could be Rhaegar and Lyanna's. That could be the promise Ned made.
Anyways, I'd like to know if anyone could find, or remembers a mention of Jon Snows hair color.

You may want to put a spoiler warning on your post. It's true that it's just speculation, but it still is something a new reader would prefer to be surprised about.
Short Answer: Yes, it's quite possible, and considered by many fans to be a near certainty.
Jon's eyes and hair are both dark, but that doesn't really mean anything. When a Targaryen mates with a dark haired noble, the results are often a child with brown hair and eyes. For instance, consider Prince Baelor Targaryen from The Hedge Knight.
The promise to Lyanna is pretty clearly concerning Jon.
