Okay so I was dreaming that I was having difficulty sleeping and at one point notice a radar antenna by the docks obscured by some houses and I'm like "Thats a stealth frigate" and go down to the docks at apparantly 5 am to watch them with my german set of hunting binoculars (which are real) and do this for several hours.

At some point the officer navy cadets disembark and take issue with my bird watching and notice me fidgeting with some keys which dream!me decides are my "kit" keys from when I was in the Armed Forces Reserves even though thats patently ridiculous I didn't have keys then they actually resemble my apartment keys and start harassing me to hand them over.

So I refuse and inexplicably I'm able to hold them off and board my Ironclad (and at no point did this seem absurd to me) and started to ram the stealth frigate until it sinks and docked to crowds that I can only assume were the families of those who were on the frigate with it unknown if they drowned.

Then the pirate guy from the Simpsons appears next to me apparantly a ghost and says "my only regret is that I didn't take off my head."

And then I walked back home where I discovered a fresh jar of chili peppers at which point I went "Okay this is ridiculous my parents would never get me chili peppers" and upon deciding this was absurd I woke up, went to apparantly the old regiment building where I met a friend of mine Tyler (and some other friends but they were kinda in the background) and began to recite to him this awesome dream I had.

And then finally my alarm clock woke me up with Russian music and here I am.

Or is it?

I love that it was the chili pepper detail that tipped you off. [Smile]

Epic dreams are always fun. I may never forget my multi-angle zombie apocalypse one. [Smile]

Last night I dreamed that Captain Picard, Dr. Crusher and I destroyed some sort of evil toxic waste facility in Ethiopia. Actually, it was a fake Ethiopia, as I distinctly remember Dr. Crusher saying that when it was all over, she wanted to visit the real Lake Tana.

I can't remember why we had to destroy the facility, but I got to drive some sort of heavily armed four wheeler in the process, which was fun.

I don't know... Maybe it's me but my "most totally awesome dream ever" involved Summer Glau, Scarlett Johansson and a hot tub full of Jell-O.

Each to his own, I guess...

I once had a dream that ended with a older, more experienced deity telling a younger one, shortly after a planet had blown up, "You couldn't inspire a religous event if you tried, my friend. You may, however, have just inspired a video game."

It's the only time I can ever remember waking up from a dream laughing.

Boy, I feel ripped off. The only epic dream I can remember is from when I was a little kid, and involved being pursued through my everyday life landscapes, but subtly altered to be incredibly scary - to me, at any rate - by werewolves and scientists with big syringes full of some sort of poison that would turn me into a monster-I knew it would because in the dream, I had seen it used on friends and loved ones, which is why I was running like hell.

Sterling:

I'll have to remember that. I think I'm going to steal it, actually. Or borrow, if that's the better term. [Big Grin]

I once dreamt that I had to go into the basement of my building to get something. In actuality, the building I live in doesn't have a basement.

The next night, I dreamt that I had to back into the same non-existent basement, because during my dream the night before, I forgot to turn the light out.
