That's incorrect. The real reason that bees are disappearing was revealed by the Doctor Who episode The Stolen Earth.
Not all of our bees are of Earth origin. Many are an intelligent alien species from Melissa Majoria. It's only the alien bees that are leaving earth, because of a disturbance in the Tandocca scale due to the New Dalek Empire. Native bees aren't disappearing.
