If a 57-foot tall ape fell from the Empire State Building, would he land on the Waldorf Astoria? Where would he land?

Is there a good resource which could give an idea of what specific buildings are near there?

And just reassurance, I'm not a terrorist working on an ape attack, nor a student cheating on homework.
