I came across this link on Facebook: Goodnight Dune.

Although I've never read Dune or seen the movie or miniseries, I enjoyed this version.

Anyone know of any other children's books adapted in this way?

You mean non children books adapted into child book form?

It isn't a book, but you may like The Adventures of Lil Cthulu.

I guess it could go either way, but I saw this as an adaptation of the Children't book "Goodnight Moon" rather than an adaptation of the book Dune since it contains only images from Dune and none of the plot.

Oh, I didn't realize that it was based off a specific children's book. I thought it was just going for the general style.

Maybe I should have said mash-up. I also thought about The Misadventures of Hello Cthulhu, which I haven't read in a long time.

Anyway, anyone think of any other genre mash-ups? I did enjoy The Adventures of Lil Cthulhu.

I REALLY want this in print so I can read it to my future children. Goodnight Moon was my favorite book as a kid.

Meh, I liked the reddit version better. I haven't been able to find it to link to again, but the rhyming just felt... better. Yeah, description fail.
