I have been wanting to be able to merge pdf files for some time now, but I have never taken the time to research any programs that could do it for free.

I always thought I had to buy the pro version of some pdf software like Foxit or Adobe.

However, I am happy to say I found PDFSAM (pdf split and merge).

I wouldn't normally post some random software I found on the message boards, but I have had enough people ask me IRL how to merge PDFs that I decided to share my findings.

WooHoo...no more telling friends they have to buy a program!

(I use CutePDF Writer to copy out sections of pdfs, so I have never needed the split feature).

Yep, that's a nice tool. I remember using a few times, but I haven't used it recently.

If anyone's looking for a way to print PDF files...I can give a positive recommendation to the BullZip PDF printer.

(Yes, I dislike PDF files as much as anyone, but they have their uses.)
