I am guessing it is from the 80's. It was about these dogs who needed to find a key to open portals to travel around. That's about all I really remember about it. It is one of those old glimpses from memories past, and it is driving me nuts that I cannot remember it.

Are you sure it wasn't Max? That kid with the hat that opens up teleportation portals around the world? I don't remember a show about dogs doing that.

Mighty Max is where it's at! I loved that show and the ending was crazy.
