I really like this show. But as a theatre person, I find some things to be not terribly credible. From the last episode:

* No stage manager who valued her job would interrupt tech rehearsal for a birthday party.
They were surprised that ending with a death wasn't a crowd pleaser? Really? Clearly they have to end it with "Let Me Be Your Star". The most obvious way would be to show young actors, inspired by Marilyn and the theatre in a "theatre lives and the legend lives on" kind of thing. Big chorus number. But we will see what they come up with.
