So I got a beta weekend invite, and I've been taking this game for a spin. I must say it's loads of fun. It's an over the shoulder shooter mmo, and while you have a main quest line, there are random events you can participate in, PVP, and you purchased, modify, and build battle suits. So you can essentially change between three classes (There's a total of 5 or 6 I believe), and buy more class slots with money.
Everybody runs around in their battle suits, shooting up aliens, and using rocket boots. All in all, I'm very interested.
Anybody else played this?

Time. My multiplayer gaming is currently co-op only, and almost entirely Borderlands 2.

Firefall actually does a really great job with allowing for co-op and single play, while at the same time creating world events that invite players working together without making them feel like they got cheated out of loot.
It's also entirely free-to-play.
I really like the format, and I hope more game companies are taking notes.
