Steve: I don't think we are.
Dota 2 is fun, but it's a very steep learning curve from the get go, and don't expect to be molly coddled when you are new to the game, the community is notorious for being extremely rude.
I feel like there's something to be said for League of Legends keeping things simple and streamline. But if you cut your teeth on the original DOTA or if you want something that is super deep strategy-wise, then Dota 2 delivers.
Also, it's cheap as free. Which I still have remind myself would have blown my teenage/child-self's mind if I could have seen the future.

Same. I enjoyed DoTA 1 and have played quite a bit of DoTA 2,but I just can't bring myself to invest as much time in it as I do with League of Legends.
It is a good game, but I just enjoy League more.
