Hey, folks. I've got a picture (well, technically it's a counting book) if anybody who remembers me from once upon a time (or anybody who digs dragons or princesses) (or counting) wants to check it out or share it with anybody. At this point, we've hit the funding goal, so hopefully this feels less like spam and more just like me sharing.

Also, I had a short story published in an online magazine if anybody wants to read that for free.

Career progress is happening. Slow and steady, right?

Very cool, doc; congratulations on both the successfully funded book and the short story. The site that hosts the story is blocked from my work, but I'll check it out either tonight or tomorrow night.

Great story, docmagik. I really enjoyed it. I love your style--reminds me a lot of Asimov in some ways.

Even slow and steady career progress is progress. Congratulations. And very cool with the successful Kickstarter campaign. [Smile]

Thanks, Steve.

Well, we funded. You can start looking for it on amazon and Barnes and Noble as christmas draws near.

I'm bummed that I just can't fund any Kickstarters right now. I really wanted to back this one.

No worries, I completely understand. For reasons you can probably guess, I've spent a lot of time on that site lately, and wish I could run wild backing cool things but circumstances don't always let me either.

This is the one I'm most hoping to jump on before it ends:
