Hi. I'm in search of a tool for handling complaints. I have found a few online but I don't really know which is a reliable one. Anyone here who could share what they are using? Thanks!

May I ask, what type of business are you engaged? Anyway, using social media monitoring tools can monitor customer complaints or you will need a complaint handling software to help you investigate and fix your customer complaint while ensuring compliance with FDA ( for food industry) and GMP ( for manufacturing industry) guidelines.

What about compliance with your mom? Spammers have mothers too, no doubt...trashy ones, maybe, but I'm sure they still try to be good mothers.

I'm aware of many kinds of lints (belly button, sweater pills, and little inconsistencies in my code), but I've never had to handle compalints. I imagine that in the last few days you've found just the perfect tool though, right?

I would much rather Hatrack were a desolate landscape than a landscape filling with unwanted billboards.

Ah, but these are the kinds of billboards that also make comments on abortion topics. Pretty fancy ones.
