As far as I know, you have to order them one at a time.

They ought to make it possible to buy several at once. They'd save some money on PayPal fees.

You can buy up to 5 gift certificates, each redeemable for any single issue.

I have the same problem. I'd like to buy all the back issues using my credit card but the issue prices are below the card minimum amount.

Could you add the option to buy a block of 10 or 20 gift certificates at once or to just enable adding them up until a reasonable payment amount is reached.
