So, we know that OSC has a 1/1/15 deadline on some novel he's writing... taking all bets on what it is! (Please say it's Shadows Alive, please say it's Shadows Alive...)

While I , too would love Shadows Alive, I am pretty sure it is Gatefather, the final volume of the Mithermages trilogy. In September, he included the first chapter in an On the Fly.

Ah, you're probably right. I remember that chapter now that you mention it. That's good, too.
Personally, I hope things conclude a little better in the Mithermages story than they did in the Pathfinder series. I'm cautiously optimistic that they will, however, since I found The Gate Thief to be a significantly better continuation of the series, relatively speaking, than Ruins was for the Pathfinder trilogy.
