Just wondering if anyone else subscribes to any literary fiction magazines.
I used to subscribe to Story magazine, but it finally closed down after a few decades of solid work.
Any recommendations for finding good strong literary short fiction on a regular basis (aside from ezines)?

Jeremy,

If you live near a college or university, try to get one of their literary magazines. I have read excellent work in some of those. One I read was from Brown. They would probably send you one.

Jeremy, I believe that GLIMMERTRAIN might be what you're looking for. And they are very interested in new writers.

You submit to them via their website, but they are a print publication.

Thanks Liz and Kathleen.
I do live near Glimmertrain. I've read one bad review about them, but I suppose I should pick one up and make my own judgement.
