I just received a request for a full manuscript from Harbor House Publishing. It is listed in the Writer's Market and isn't cautioned in Preditors and Editors. It's books are available at online retailers and supposedly brick and mortar, but it is relatively new. Has anyone heard anything about them?

BTW, they are at http://www.harborhousebooks.com

They're a fairly small Southern conservative outfit, from the looks of things. If you don't mind people thinking that your book is going to appeal to Southern conservatives, then go for it.

Do be aware that they also do custom publishing, like many small publishers (i.e. they also do vanity publishing). So check to see which way the money is flowing.
