Ah, I would do one, but by the end of the day Tuesday, I will be in Venezuela.

Have fun all who do it!

So, how does that prevent you from writing Friday, Saturdy or Sunday?

It's a long long drive to Venezuala.

haha...

no, I just can't commit to critiquing. I have very much to do in the last 24 hours before leaving (and I actually leave on Monday night)

You have a valid excuse for not critiquing. Just do it.

done

To anyone not doing this, I highly recommend it. It's a fun experience every week, and it's tremendously valuable as a writing exercise. You really can improve your writing a lot, I think, by participating in Mike's flash challenges.

Saturday

I will be away all day moving my sister (unfortunately) into my house. So, at the end of the day, even if I am not totally whipped, I will be pissed off and totally fed up with whining, useless people.

So, I hope the trigger system works today as it is unlikely that I will address issues until Sunday morning. Arghhh!

If you have already flashed, please monitor this board and if someone else cannot receive the trigger, please email it to them and advise me via email.

Thanks!

Mike

Someone please tell me where to find the rules for the challenge?

When you sign in at the board you can find it under the thread Flash 18 Rules and Trigger location. The thread will only show if you are a registered member (which you are) and logged in.

Thanks to everyone for putting up with the trigger email issues. I hope by next challenge to have a different system in place for triggers/submittals.

I'm impressed, you've even put cash into this thing & are getting an automated system progressed. Now that's dedication!

When do I have to get my bet in for the poker game? Might not be able to get on until tonight. Is that okay?

we're still working on how to do the poker thing. I think we'll do rounds of betting in the evenings. I'll get the system setup for this evening if I'm not too stressed out over inconsequential bull that is inordinately important to my sister who woke me up at 4am today becuase she locked herself out when she went for a smoke. too bad the rain had stopped by then, or i might have taken my time answering the doorbell.
