I stumbled across a site offering editorial/revisional/structural story help, but I am suspicious. The pricing seems a bit much (about 600 for the full treatment to a fully developed manuscript?). Is this a scam?
Don't know if it's a scam. I've seen similar services listed for more than $600. You could see if they show up in any writer advocacy sites (SFFnet, etc).
Whether it's worth it or not is a different issue, however, and one that as been discussed here:
Well the site doesn't look really professional. That's usually a red flag to me. But that doesn't mean it's a scam. Personally I don't see anything on that site that you get there that you can't get here for free.
