Even newer book... well sort of actually it's a very old book.

Of Worlds Beyond: The Science of Science Fiction Writing, edited by Lloyd Arthur Eshbach

There a 1947 edition but there's a cheaper 1964 edition that can be bought for around $10.00 on most used sites. Writers; John Taine, Jack Williamson, A.E. van Vogt, L. Sprague de Camp, E.E. ÒDocÓ Smith, John Campbell, Jr., and Robert A. Heinlein.

I want that book.
