"I'm leaving," Ren stated confidently, and soon as the words left her mouth, she felt more freedom than ever before. Yet with her newfound confidence and freedom, there came an ounce of regret, of sorrow. Knowing that she would never - could never - forget him, she put her hands on the bottle attached to a silver chain around her neck, feeling its sense of warmth and comfort. For that bottle was always there for her, when even her family, her friends, and most importantly - or so she had thought he was until a few minutes ago - her soulmate weren't there.

I don't know what the bottle's about. If I hadn't seen the other thread I might think she's thinking of becoming a drunk.
