This is a follow-up to my post a couple of weeks ago...my novel has now been released! Amazon.com took a little while to get their copies but they have them now. Unfortunately, they didn't seem to have ordered enough because they say they have 2 left. (They're getting more!) My publisher is also selling them and I have signed copies (until they run out but I, too, have more on order). All the info is at my web site:

Yeah, it made for a nice one-line quotable, didn't it?
Getting good reviews is nice. It's the best part of getting my book published.
