A question for the other Netflix subscribers on Hatrack: Are you still getting emails telling you when a disc has been received/shipped?

For some reason, I'm not. I looked all through my account settings and don't see anything about turning them on or off. It's a little annoying because, the only time I check the mail is on days I'm supposed to be getting a new Netfliq. Anyone else having this problem?

Not a Netflix guy, but...you did look in your spam file, didn't you?

(Incidentally, the Netflix mailings are among the most hated things us postal clerks have to sort...they rip, they jam, they fold up and don't go through the machines.)

Huh...and there they are although that's very strange...they've never gone into the Junk folder before and I've had Netflix for years.

Well, I keep finding things I've had e-mailed to me for years in my spam file---the comics I get mailed from GoComics come to mind---while lately a series of "Hello, Handsome" messages from unfamiliar addresses aren't screened out. If I don't get something, it's the first place I look before I complain...

I requested a password reset from Netflix.

They sent me the form, no joke, 39 times over a 3 day period.
