Thanks to Kathleen for allowing us to post these notices here.

Flash Challenge #25 is open. Go to http://www.munsil.net/flash/flash.html to learn why the challenges exist.

We have created 560 stories since we started, and approximately 2800 critiques.

--------------------------------------------------------------
Trigger Request and Story Submittal and Formatting
--------------------------------------------------------------
1) Please go to http://munsil.net/mike/lhfc.html and click on Trigger Login to log in to see the trigger. When you do, the clock starts.

You will have 90 minutes total to return your story by submitting it.

2) Please go to http://munsil.net/mike/lhfc.html and click on Submittal Login to log in to the submittal page. When you submit, the clock stops.

3) Please include the title and a word count at the start of your submittal, in the following format: Story Title - ### words

You will not receive a separate response that we have your submittal.

If you have any problems, please email mikemunsil. I'll get to you when I can. If you cannot log in to submit, email me the story.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Please use bbcode in the text of your submittal to have italics, bold or underlined text show up in your story when it is posted.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Go to http://www.munsil.net/phpBB2/faq.php?mode=bbcode to learn how.

***

I'm getting hammered by spammers trying to get access by submitting multiple registrations under varying names, hoping that I'll just let my guard down and let them in.

No way.

So, from now on, entry is strictly by invitation. ANYONE who registers without first receiving an invitation will find that their username is blocked forever.

Any member can sponsor a person and I or another admin will issue the invite.

Liberty Hall is located at http://www.munsil.net/phpBB2/index.php .

Hi Mike,

I write Flash, with an emphasis on SpecFic, and am interested in participating, by both submission and critique in the Liberty Hall challenge. I am not yet a member.

Cheers,

I hereby invite you. Please email me with a username and preferred password and preffered email address. Then, go to Liberty Hall and register. Please be sure to use the same username you sent me. You can change the password to whatever you want, of course.

I'll approve your registration and enter your information into our web-database trigger/submittal system. Then I'll email you that your are entered and where to go to see the trigger and submit your flash.

If you get me the info quickly, you'll still be able to flash this time.

Welcome.

They are a great way to flex the writing portions of your brain. I've been MIA over the past two weeks due to a death in the family, but I look forward to next week's flash.

I'd like to participate in these flash challenges. I have no experience with writing flash.

It would fit in nicely with my schedule because my writing time has become very restricted lately (college does that).

Thanks. I'm going to register, but won't be able to participate until mid-week. I've got this article deadline coming up and I've got to do it first.

Shane
