I sent an agent a query package (REQUESTED MATERIAL on it, she said, so it won't go in the slush) in September. I emailed her a coupla weeks ago, saying, so, did you get it? No response.
What should I do? Snail mail? Try again? Give up? She's a top of the line agent (used to edit one of the big-name SF magazines).

I would wait until after the holidays and e-mail again. I know it's frustrating, but these things really can take months and months to happen.

I also frequent Dean Wesley Smith's board. He addressed something similar a few days ago. The publishing world in New York basically shuts down from mid-December to mid-January.
