I hate to make a post that is solely an advertisement but I just wanted to let everyone know about a new genre zine called Diabolical Plots.
It's a co-effort by myself and David Steffen (steffenwolf) to provide interviews from industry names, reviews and other genre specific content. We hope you'll take the time to come visit.
We also recognize that you're all a bunch of swag-grubbing hounds like ourselves so to entice you over we're offering a free copy of the new WotF anthology to those who participate in our grand opening contest so go take a look.
If that wasn't enough, K. D. Wentworth and Joey Jordan were nice enough to sit for interviews and they are both up for your consumption.

Please do, Kathy. I considered that place but on the fact that we have no intention of publishing fiction I thought it was not appropriate. Thanks for setting me straight.
As the site says, we are certainly welcoming any sort of non-fiction submissions but the purpose of this post was to draw attention to content for aspiring writers rather than soliciting submissions. I'll leave it to you to decide where it belongs.

The site is cool! Especially the interviews. Enjoyed the KDW (she who must be impressed) conversation. Who knew she is really H G Wells.

AWSullivan, just to clariy (and avoid any possible confusion), She Who Must Be Impressed is K.D. Wentworth. I am She Who Must Be Obeyed. (We're twins, except that she has blue eyes, and I have light brown eyes.)

Okay, it's a joke about us being twins. Anyone who actually meets us together, whom we tell this joke to, rolls their eyes as well.

Well, when we first met-by-correspondence, it was just "Woodbury" without Dalton or O'Beyed or any other name. (I just looked at the letter in my files---on the envelope, it wasn't even "Kathleen.")
