Several new novelists have joined Hatrack, so thought I'd mention this. Look here:

I am amazed at the amount of work so many Hatrackers have accomplished! Way to go.

Good idea. We can always use new members.

There's also the brand new FPNA (Future Published Novelists Anonymous), AKA Long-Term Critters if you want to exchange entire finished novels for critique. We're well into our first round of exchanges, now.
