There is a survey out on self publishing that I have put together to gather anonymous data to use to help those authors attempting to self publish. If you guys could take a moment to complete this survey, even if you haven't self published it would be very helpful.

Thanks guys. The survey varies in length depending on your answers to certain questions. If there is a repeat question, that may be why. Or, I just asked it twice. [Smile]

I don't mind the languages being added.

I will share the results. I will post a link to the blog post here when I write it. I am hoping for 100 completed surveys. Right now I have 58. If I get to 100 by Saturday, I should be blogging on the topic Sunday. If not, I will do it next week.

I've had a lot of people email me about self publishing and asking if I would blog about how successful it is. Since success is a measurment we define for ourselves, I thought I would put together this survey to show people the numbers and let people decide for themselves if Self Publishing is for them or not.

Thanks for your help everyone. The blog is up. The results and some thoughts from Me, and fellow Hatrack Author, Robert S. Wilson are up.

Robert has self published and I am thinking about it. So we each offer a unique view on these results.
