Books or shorter fiction?

I'd recommend that instead of asking for a list, you go to a bookstore and find copies of books that you love. Look inside them and see who the publishers are. Those are most likely to be the publishers you want to approach, because they publish the kinds of things you like and the kinds of things you are more likely to write.
