As for me.

Last Week's Goals:

FIRE AND EARTH (formerly known as SEVEN STARS): Think of something new for promotion.
Nothing's come to me, yet. [Frown]

BLOOD IS THICKER: Prepare to epublish the promotional combined edition--BLOOD WILL TELL and BLOOD IS THICKER. Two for the price of one (for a while).
Done! [Big Grin]

THE BARD'S GIFT: Wait. I don't expect to hear before early Decemberish.
Easy one. [Smile]

MAGE STORM: Send out three queries.
Yes. [Smile]

MAGIC AND POWER: Wait.
Eh. I've sort of started on the crits I have back. [Wink]

THE SHAMAN'S CURSE: Think about how to fix some of those structural issues.
I have some ideas. [Smile]

WEIRD OZ STORY: Let's say three more chapters. That'll be through chapter 10.
No. Stalled. I need to figure out what's wrong. [Frown]

OTHER:
Update my blog twice a week.
Yes. [Smile]

Next Week's Goals:

FIRE AND EARTH (formerly known as SEVEN STARS):
Think of something new for promotion.

BLOOD IS THICKER:
Start trying to prepare for a blog tour in November.

THE BARD'S GIFT:
Wait. I don't expect to hear before early Decemberish.

MAGE STORM:
Send out three queries.

MAGIC AND POWER:
Work through some of the crits. I've got one crit that seems to have a dozen or so comments on every page. You know. When you comment on that many small things--it's not that they're unimportant--but at some point it all just becomes white noise.

THE SHAMAN'S CURSE:
Start trying to fix some of those structural issues.

WEIRD OZ STORY:
Let my subconscious try to tell me where I've gone wrong.

OTHER:
Update my blog twice a week.

This weeks goals:

Return of the Gods: Book I of Blood of the Gods
Write and rewrite (and perhaps rewrite, again) query letter and pitch. Look into online serialization of story, i.e. release one chapter a week. (No idea where to look tho. Any suggestions?)

Flight of the Gods: Book II of Blood of the Gods
Write 3500 words. Main spots: Read thru chapters 3&4 and see if any more of the story comes to me. Chapters 5-7, sit down and throw down more words.

War of the Gods: Book III
Work on outline and language of the Gods.

A Life Dreamt
Read through. Critique. Not in a hurry to finish, though.

The Sumerian
Write the damn outline finally. Almost 20k written, and still have no idea where the story is truly going.

After thought: Take a look at the idea of Drought, again. Kind of like the idea of it. Write out an outline and see where it takes me and if there's potential.

Oops didn't list what I did last week with my novels.

But this week I worked on "Stone Within" a little bit. I ended up trying for a flash steampunk--it ended up being 2,970 words--because I wanted to do the flash but also because I'm kind a of stuck with Stone. I know where the plot is going but I'm not sure how to bridge to the next event. So today I started a new chapter anyway maybe I will find something not boring for my MC to do while waiting until I find that bridge.

Ha! Serendipity. [Smile]

Picked up the kindle edition of all fourteen L. Frank Baum Oz books for $0.99. Maybe that'll give me some inspiration to get moving again on my Weird Oz Story. [Smile]
