I counted in my manuscript and then when I posted it, it was more. After I edited that and then see the final posting it was shorter.

It means 13 lines of a manuscript in 12 pt courier with 1" margins - not the number of lines that appear in a forum post.

If your manuscript font is courier 12-point and your margins are set at one inch on each side, your first thirteen lines will be what should appear on your first page, and what you should post here on Hatrack.
If you are using Times Roman font, you will need to change your manuscript to courier in order to count your thirteen lines correctly.
