You've got two options--and there's no reason not to try both at the same time.
1) Post your first thirteen lines, along with the title and genre, in Fragments and Feedback for Books. You can ask for readers of all or part of the ms or a chapter exchange there.
2) Post in the Novel Support Group (in Hatrack Groups). Tell us a little about your novel and again ask for a chapter exchange.
Sometimes it takes a couple of weeks for someone with the time or a ms they want to exchange to turn up.

As usual I'm a bit late even though not so bad this time.
Be welcome, we be a friendly group who know a thing or three about writing and don't mind sharing what we do know.
However as you wonder around the Treehouse do be careful, especially if you notice a unicorn. She can be a bit testy at times.

We're having a chapter exchange group right now if you want to join in. There's four of us in it and so far we've read two chapters of everyone's stories (my third is out there right now but I'm first in the round).
