I announced back in January that I sold my first ever short story to Aoife's Kiss. Well, it was my first sale but it's only come out this month. Aoife's Kiss is a print magazine (My first story in print...despite paying the same amount as some of the others my mom thinks this is much better.). My story, "Writing the Truth," appears in issue #13, their fourth anniversary issue.

That must be wonderful, to physically hold something your story appears in. I haven't gotten there yet, but someday!

Congrats again! I can see why your mom thinks the way she does; for some of us, seeing our work in a format we can hold in our hands is a psychological milestone.
