So technically, this isn't a writer in print, but it is a story I wrote. My short, Rampion is on First Line on Tape for this month. It's me reading, even.

Yes, very well done! You should do the books on tape.

Thanks! I've been thinking about it, Mike. The funny thing about doing this was that I had a sense of deja vu as I was prepping the story. It wasn't that I had written it, or that it was similar to radio theater. I had forgotten, somehow, that I used to compete in interpretive reading back in college.
It was a branch of the forensics (debate) team and I used to place and go to nationals every year in this event. I remembered it as an period in my life, but I didn't think about the fact that it was essentially competative Audio Book reading. Wacky.

When I'm rich and famous I'll ask you to narrate my novels for me, ok?

Oh heck, Mike. You can ask me now, but when you're rich and famous you can pay me.

Ok! You narrate, but go slow 'cause I don't type very well.
