Hatracker Nick Tchan's excellent story "Constance's Mask" (in the same universe as his 2011 WOTF 2nd quarter winning tale "The Command For Love") is also in this issue.

Having the subscription allows you to download the kindle versions from the IGMS website, but last I knew they were a few issues behind with their .mobi making.

Nick's story is great, btw. I definitely recommend it.
And for anyone who might be interested, Sojourn for Ephah was a finalist in WotF before getting picked up by IGMS.
