Valentines for this florist is over--YEH!!

Valenstine Day isn't really ever "over". Everyday you can do the whole romance with your partner if you wish to, you may not be able to afford it but it is indeed possible :P

So, did everyone get chocolate?

Unfortunately for me, yes. I hate chocolate. But my husband knows better, it was from a student. So I gave it to my hubbie. Made him happy.

I got chocolate, but only because I went to church tonight and they threw Hugs and Kisses at us. Other than that, I didn't get any.

It's Valentine's day?

I had three tests today and then went to Karate practice!

I got a red rose. Chocolate, sadly, wasn't on the menu

I got killer indigestion, as I've been having every day for the past week. Further details are omitted, 'cause one never knows how far one can take scatological humor...

In Japan Valentines day is a day for Women to buy stuff for men.

Next month, there is "White Day" which is when men give stuff to women (as an aside, I consider the name of this holiday to be TOTALLY appropriate )

I suppose there are worse places for an American to get an overseas job. I prefer my japanese culture at a safe remove, like in the form of anime
