List of Mags that are good markets, curteus to writters, quick to answer to subs and give good and personal rejection letters. I don't have much experience yet, but here is what I can say.
Shimmer: took them 2 days only to look at my story. The rejection slip was personal, encouraging and thourough.

But there's a section on this board for Markets for our Writing, which might be a better location for this list. Set the list to "show all" and you can get a nice little sampling of places Hatrackers have recommended.
