The video mainly deals with radio broadcasting, but the first part is an inspiring message for anyone who has ever thrown their work away in disgust.

Nice to hear that from someone in another form of creative work.

I submit that as you are learning and improving, you go through the gap cycle (if you want to call it that) several times. You're "taste" improves faster, at times, than your abilities, and while your abilities are catching up, you can really HATE what you are creating.

As he said, you just have to keep at it.
