Ever get an idea when you don't have anything to write it down on?

Maybe you could use this .

I got a picture of going to the bank and the teller looks at the: "Find a way to kill Darian Womak" written on my hand
and having to explain that it is the antagonist in my latest WIP

You could get a rubber stamp and an ink pad with that on it...in the long run it'd probably be cheaper.

There's the old story of Scribners editor Maxwell Perkins writing down the "objectionable" words in Hemingway's The Sun Also Rises on a notepad with the heading "Things To Do Today"...

HA! I need one of those. I always write things on my hands.

I am so scatterbrained. If I don't write it down, I will forget. If I write it on a random scrap of paper, I'll either lose it, or forget to rummage through my purse/pockets and check it. I tried using a planner, but I always forgot to check my planner.

Thus, the palm. Works like a charm, but I do look a little silly sometimes.
