I found and interesting (perhaps not rigorously scientific...) article (perhaps not an actual paper) about the likelihood of the zombie apocalypse really happening. They give five compelling (well, not precisely compelling) reasons for this happening.

Um, that's just plain hilarious. Not long until the Evil Robot Monkeys find out about it, though, and take down the Zombies. Phew. We're safe, for now. So long as we can stay out of the way of the ERMs.

Thanks, skadder! A friend of mine wrote a zombie apocalypse story for NaNoWriMo, and she was concerned about believability. She's feel so much better when she sees the article, I'm sure!
