I started working on the world, characters, and plot outlines of my behemoth 5 part fantasy adventure series my junior year of high school in fall of 2005. Now, after all of this time, I am done with the preparation. I'm done with the preparation.

I, too, had a "epic" plotted during high school, but never got past the outline stage. Here's to hoping yours will go better.

I've never found a such thing as "done" just "done enough" to get going. Best of luck. I hope your writing is as well thought out as your world.
